Haste makes waste: Wasim on Sarfraz captaincy

Karachi (Dunya News) – On the Chehlum of legend Hanif Muhammad, Wasim Akram talked to the media and expressed his opinion regards to the captaincy issue, reported Dunya News.

Former captain and the  Sultan of Swing  told that although Sarfraz possessed leadership qualities still it was too early to make him captain of Pakistani squad and that also on the basis of one match’s result.

Wasim Akram backed Azhar by telling that the captain of ODI squad should be maintained for at least 30 – 35 matches.

Talking to the media on the occasion, T20 captain Sarfraz Ahmad paid homage to the original little master of cricket. He also demanded that academy in his name should be established.
